Helenium Autumnale 'Fuego' (Mariachi Series)

If you like fiery colours, then you will love this. It is a relatively new form and as it grows, it creates a compact clump that is topped from late summer with masses of flowerheads.

These are incredibly showy, daisy-like flowers in a mix of red, orange and yellow with a brown central cone. It will add unbeatable colour late in the season and keep the display in the border looking great well into autumn.

Commonly known as Sneezeweed.

'Fuego' is relatively short but it really packs a big punch when it comes to colour.
Helenium has a high tolerance to salt spray making it perfect for costal locations. Divide every few years in either autumn or spring to maintain plant vigour.
